How to Achieve Your 10 year Plan in 6 Months

In a few words, it’s about perception and human capabilities. It’s about re referencing what you’re doing and seeing it in a completely different light. This requires embracing how things that are the same are actually different, it’s paradox.

As an example, a telephone call from an unknown number, someone asks how your day is. You already know this is someone trying to sell you something, you hang up, but until you answer the phone you have no idea what is on the other side. You don’t know if it’s an emergency call, a family member or good news.

To achieve your 10 year goal in 6 months you have to embrace that everything in your world is an unanswered telephone. On the other side of it is something you don’t know, something you haven’t seen. That’s where you’ll find the beauty in the things you don’t yet know.

It the things you can’t see that your competitors, the business that will one day out innovate you one day will ask these questions. What aren’t they seeing? What don’t they do? How do they work? What calls in technology or innovation are they not listening to? They will, with time find and fill your blind spots, the things you’re not doing in your business. Change helps expand your perception and become more of who you want to be. It’s internal world innovation.

Delivering 10 year business goals is all based on the company you keep. The humans that are on your team and share your collective goal. Change is a long term strategy for survival, solving the innovators dilemma (how organisations innovate your internal world but with a new, different business). We build inside out testing the thesis on what works and what does not based on human capability. There will be lot’s of quick failures until we find the path to the future.

This type of work is all based on the collective self, the invisible bonds that form in groups of people. Invisible leadership. And your own self, how your mind projects reality around you
